Simply put, any Arrowman can fill out an application applying for a CVC position for our next Conclave. The Section E4 leadership team would choose some applicants to come in for second-round selection interviews, and then finally our Section Chief would make the appointments. Our goal this year is to give every Arrowman the opportunity to do something great in our Section, and this new system will provide a much bigger scope for possibility. Spread the word!
