Bringing the tools to support your youth in running the Lodge. Being an Advisor isn’t easy and E4ORCE is here to prepare Advisors new and experienced. The trainers have been advisors for several years, with several serving as Lodge Advisors bringing first hand experience.
From getting through your first ceremony to beginning your brotherhood track, there’s a lot to being an Arrowman. This E4ORCE track helps you prepare for being a good follower and leader as you begin your journey in your home Lodge.
Long hours and sleepless nights can be some common ideals going along with Lodge leadership. From Lodge Chief to Chapter Chief and everything in between, Lodge leadership keep the Order of the Arrow running.
